Statistical Consultancy

This service enables the application of consultation in surveys, studies and opinion polls in terms of objectives and methodologies, design of forms and samples, as well as the mechanism of implementation and presentation of results. The service also allows to review the statistics produced by the authorities in different fields and the method of preparing statistical indicators and any other consultations in the field of statistical work carried out by the Department.

Description and Requirements

Customer Experience

I would like to submit a request for a statistical survey in the Emirate of Sharjah.

I inquired about the services of DSCD and procedure of a statistical survey request.

I was informed about the steps to follow in filling out the request form

I submitted the request along with the survey objectives through one of the service request channels

I received a notification on the website and an email informing me of request type and reference number (ID) and duration of the project, along with the estimated budget detailed in a service level agreement.

I received a confirmation message informing me that the signed SLA had been successfully submitted

Within 5 working days depending on the nature of the consultation (provided that all requirements and procedures are completed on time) or by agreement between the two sides.

  2. Copy of the previous methodologies (if available) for the purpose of preparing new ones.
  3. Copy of the statistical report to be reviewed
  4. Copy of the statistical form to be reviewed.
  5. Copy of previous sample designs (if available)
  6. Copy of previous framework (if available)
  7. Any other documents related to the subject of the consultation
